There are three types of tenses:

Present Indefinite:
It is used for repeated action and habits.
Affirmative:
Formula: Subject + Helping Verb 1st + Object
I Go To School
He Goes To School
She Goes To School
You Go To School
We Go To School
They Go To School
Note:
S/ES are added after verb in sentence of He/She/It or any singular name.

Formula: Subject + Do not/ Does not Verb 1st + Object
I do not go to school

Present Continuous:
It is used for continue work in present time.
Affirmative:
Formula: Subject + is/am/are Verb 4th + Object
I am coming from school
He is coming from school
She is coming from school
We are coming from school
They are coming from school

Negative:
Formula: Subject + is/am/are/not Verb 4th + Object
I am not eating food
He is not eating food
They are not eating food
Note:
Am is used for "I" and "is" is used for He/She/It and singular persons.
"Are" is used for They/We/You and plural persons.

Present Perfect:
It is used for work which has been completed in present
Affirmative:
Formula: Subject + has/have Verb 3rd + Object
I have taken tea
He has taken tea
She has taken tea
They have taken tea

Negative:
Formula: Subject + has/have/not Verb 3rd + Object
I have not played cricket
He has not played cricket
She has not played cricket
They have not played cricket
Note:
"Has" is used for He/She/It and singular persons,
"Have" is used for I/You/We/They and plural persons

Present Perfect Continuous:
It is used for work which has been started in past and still continues with time period
Affirmative:
Formula: Subject + have/has/been Verb 4th since/for + Object
I have been studying for two hours in school
He has been studying since morning in home
She has been working for three hours at home
They have been working for three hours at home

Negative:
Formula: Subject + have/has/not been Verb 4th since/for + Object
I have not been operating the computer since night
He has not been teaching me for one hour in school
Note:
"Since" is used for uncountable period and "For" is used for countable period.

Past continuous:
It is used for continue work in past period

I was teaching you
He was teaching me
They were enjoying in the party

Negative: Formula:Subject + was/were/not Verb 4th + Object
I was not taking class
They were not teasing her
Note:
"Was" is used with He/She/I/It and singular persons and "Were" is used with We/You/They and plural persons.

It is used for work which has been completed in past

I had taken lunch yesterday

I had not operated computer

Past Perfect Continuous:

I had been living here since 2005
She had been singing for two hours
They had been living here for many years

Formula: Subject + had not Verb 4th since/for + Object
I had not been beating him for to hours
She had not been weeping since morning

Future Tense:
