Actually the English language is most important for every profession, except this nobody can communicate each other all over the world because it's international language and it is spoken all over the world. Suppose, if we go foreign countries so how will we communicate with them? definitely, English will be spoken from both sides. for example, we are Arabian and went to China so then we need English to communicate each other.

Usage of Has & Have:
"Have" and "Has" are used for having something in a present.
e.g
Do you have money?
He has a nice car
I don’t have mobile

"Had" is used for having something in past.
e.g
They had a great environment

I did not have computer in my childhood
